7. Job Applications
Job applicants can apply for a position at UPM by uploading their application documents via this Website by using our application form. The Personal Data included in your application will then be reviewed by UPM’s Human Resources department.
In connection with the recruitment process, UPM will of course comply with relevant Personal Data protection legislation and your Personal Data will be treated as strictly confidential. Our employees will treat your Personal Data with due care in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation.
In the event that your job application is unsuccessful, your Personal Data will be deleted immediately unless you explicitly give your consent during the application process to UPM retaining your Personal Data (and contacting you if needed) for a period of twelve months after the date that you submitted your job application.
